ABOUT ME

After gaining my degree in Business and Finance, I worked for a few years in industry before finding my passion working with young people.  This led me to gain my qualified teacher status (QTS) in maths. In addition to this, I have also studied a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Having worked in a variety of school settings, I have seen first hand the struggles that students have in maths lessons. My aim is to boost students confidence in maths so they can succeed.

Over the years of the pandemic, I worked closely with year 11 students to help bridge the knowledge gap the lockdowns created. Working 1:1 with students is the best way to enable them to reach their potential.

 I offer tailored tuition and a range of specialist skills, methods and approaches to support individual learning needs.
I work hard to maintain up-to-date knowledge of new curriculum content and provide teaching that is appropriate for each individual's needs and level of study.
